Background & Attributes of Interest

Roles

Business Administrator

Our need for somebody in this role is to support the effective operation of the Rencai office on a daily basis by supporting the employees with a range of administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the team with required administrative duties on a priority basis
• You will be encouraged to take an entrepreneurial approach to optimising your effectiveness in the role, and where appropriate make suggestions for continuous improvement of developing business processes
• Complete data processing and upload tasks to the companies CRM and database systems
• Assist with the production, delivery and follow up of targeted marketing campaigns
• Take ownership to schedule internal/external meetings and interviews as required by your colleagues
• Utilise social media channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook to extend your professional network of contacts
• Where appropriate take ownership of the company’s social media channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook
• Answer the general phone and email contact and distribute to the appropriate colleague or process messages as required
• There will be a responsibility to approach the role with a professional, productive & organised manner on a daily basis

Progression opportunities for this position are to move into a Research Analyst or future Office Manager role.

Research/Market Analyst

Our need for somebody in this role is to become a subject matter expert (SME) in your assigned market/project area. You will do this by conducting extensive research using the internet, social media and by speaking to leading professionals already working in this area on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
• To take a proactive role to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) is your assigned Project /Skill area
• You will be encouraged to take an entrepreneurial approach to optimising your effectiveness in the role, and where appropriate make suggestions for continuous improvement of developing business processes
• Perform effective research & analysis of internet and social media to gather information relevant to your assigned project area
• Accurately process this information/data – feeding back to colleagues where you feel relevant or adding key information to the company CRM system & database to be used for future business development activities
• To confidently speak to relevant industry professionals on the phone to introduce yourself and the Rencai Group and build a trusted relationship, and gather key information about the individual, ongoing and future projects in your project area
• Complete professional reference screening for individuals working with Rencai on a associate or independent candidate basis
• Utilise social media channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook to extend your professional network of contacts
• There will be a responsibility to approach the role with a professional, productive & organised manner on a daily basis

This role has progression opportunities to lead a team of Research Analysts or progress into a Business Development Consultant role.

Business Development Consultant

Our need for somebody in this role is to, Identify and build relationships with target customers, via a consultative process with the ultimate goal of securing their commitment to pay Rencai for the provision of their services – Advisory & Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
• To develop and secure commercial opportunities for Rencai Groups services
• Conduct industry relevant research, that allows you to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned project
• You will be encouraged to take an entrepreneurial approach to optimising your effectiveness in the role, and where appropriate make suggestions for continuous improvement of developing business processes
• Effectively identify relevant ongoing and future projects occurring in your assigned project area for UK, EMEA & Asia Pacific markets
• Develop a detailed understanding of target customers organisational structure and strategic focus
• Develop clear understanding of how Rencai can add value to customers and learn to effectively promote our services at specific project points
• Adopt a pragmatic & proactive approach to gathering information that will aid your success in winning commercial opportunities with clients
• Adopt a confident approach to building new relationships within your network both on phone and in person
• Utilise social media channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook to extend your professional network of contacts
• Develop excellent communication skills, using your personality and acting with integrity at all times to build trusted relationships
• Develop a strong network of contacts within your assigned project area, and gain their commitment to work with you in order to service client projects or fill their specific permanent and contract vacancies
